1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

3 Age Restriction & Verification

Access to the kz66 Platform — including account registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and explicitly prohibited on the kz66 Platform.
3.1 Age Verification Process
kz66 verifies player age at the point of registration and again before processing a player's first withdrawal or if age-related concerns are flagged by kz66's monitoring systems. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm their age:

5.2 Eligible Games

- Slots: Typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward wagering requirements, unless the specific slot is excluded.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on kz66 is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.
6.1 Sports Betting
- All bets placed on kz66 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where kz66 exercises its right to void bets under the conditions described below.
- kz66 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet — before or after the event — if there is evidence of an error in the odds, market suspension trigger, match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or data feed failure from kz66's third-party data providers.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the kz66 system. Delays in internet connectivity or device processing may result in a bet being placed at different odds than those visible on screen at the time of selection.
- Cricket betting on kz66 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. Match results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Abandoned or no-result matches will be settled according to the specific rules published for that market.

6.2 Casino Games

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
kz66 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, without prior notice, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Serious breaches — including fraud and money laundering — will be reported to relevant authorities.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Either the player or kz66 may initiate the closure of a kz66 account, subject to the conditions set out below.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your kz66 account at any time by contacting the support team at . Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Any active bonus balance will be voided at the time of closure. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. - Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.

Where an account is closed by kz66 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kz66 will send an email notification to the registered address 30 days before applying dormant account procedures. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as permitted by applicable regulations, details of which will be communicated in the dormancy notification email.
